not all preludes come in h22, there are some with h23s but im not sure if they came wit vtec or not. and as stated before, preludes are no joke. my friend had a 92 or 93 lude wit a built h22 and a gt35r turbo runnin 13.2 at the track on street tires and spinning the whole way down the track lol with drags he could have hit maybe mid to high 12s easy
We raced one with intake and catback in my friends stock ss s/c and put 4-5 cars on it 4 times in a row. He wouldnt give up lol.
I have a friend with a lude that has a gt35 on it laying down around 375whp and that hong hauls ass, but stock they are nothing to worry about

wow the misinformation on here is incredible. there are a few diff h22's one with vtec one without the american was 190vtec only came in the sh the si has h23 160hp and the jdm switched vtec h22 was 210.
i/h/e on those cars will only give you a few hp at best. so your looking at 160 or 170 at the wheels. but they are pretty light and the gearring in those cars is incredible... if your stock you put down a few more hp and are a bit heavier so its gonna be close

Either way. The SS/SC should win.
Accord and Prelude. Some people have put F22 SOHCS in CRXs and stuff. They use the same mounts and brackets as the H-series. The H/F series transmissions bolt right up too. They can be pretty quick. Good amount of torque for that particular chassis as well.
