My roommate still claims his car is faster than mine, despite the fact that he's lost in a little mock racing 4 times out of 4 attempts. He's got an 06 Tibby GT. A supercharged one would be cool as hell. I'd never put a turbo on a car. Too many people have one.

haha i luv seeing cocky asses proven wrong. my friend at work which is basically the only guy i have to talk to about cars has an 07 tibby se. all he's done to it is a system, hid's and an intake. sometimes i feel like racing him. i know i'll lose cuz i got a 2.2 and he a v6 but i don't think it will do too much better than me.
edit:forgot to add his little brother has a 2.2 cobalt coupe and wants to sell it cuz he got used to driving the "much faster" tibby.

Yup, old. and the SRT-4 only at 11.5 psi = gay
that is like codyss racing with only 6 of his 8 cylinders firing against an SRT-4. What is the point.
The only thing I wonder though is how long that tibby's engine will last.
I know some guy over here has a turbo'd tibby (older model, 4 cyl) and it doesn't run right. Didn't want to race because he didn't want to blow up his engine. that was like a few thousand british pounds well spent.
Either way, good kill for the tibby. It's good to see some underdogs laying a smack down on unsuspecting car enthusiast.
