hey ima about to run my friends corolla S its an 07 or 08.....he has an exhuast and an intake...i got intake, intake mani, header down pipe exhaust....should this be close were doing a dig and a 40 roll on a back country road...

yea thats what im thinking, the 2010 S is a 1.8L with 132 hp... just looked it up lol so assuming i read everything correctly i would imagine an 08ish would be in that ballpark or weaker.

 

yes only the 2zz would beat you. Even a 2.0L would beat the 1zz.

 

i'm pretty sure all the corolla engines are the same. the "S" just adds handling mods and bigger rims.

 

I raced a s once...... we were nose to nose and i drive a 07 cobalt lt... so im sure you can wreck it beyond belief

he meant if u can drive well. racing isnt driving its racing. pro racers actually have a TON of skill. u put a good driver in an auto against a manual car that SHOULD be 2 seconds faster with a shitty driver and i would put my money on the good driver.

with that being said... u should win... if u can drive...
