Ok well my friend just got an 05 wrx STi, wants to race me and say he'll murder my car. I have an intense stage 3, injen intake, and borla exhaust. I think he will beat me from a stop, but I think I have a good chance from a roll. What do you guys think?

 

take him on.. he'll get ya off the line.. but it will be a close finish...

 

AWD = drop dead on top end... you'd probably end up chasing him down, all depends on how far you go... 1/8mi you're dead, 1/4mi would be close probably.

 

You will take him no prob froma roll, DO IT!!!

 

It's just a race, do it and see what happens!

 

what size pulley in with the intense stage 3 kit? At my track (1/8 mi) I lost to a sweet ass STi by about 3 cars. That was before my 2.9 pulley and I'm going to get tuned before the track opens up this season. I hope he is still around cause I should give him a good run now.

Do it from a roll if you want to see any thing but his tail lights.

 

if this is the guy's first AWD car, let alone first STI, then he's probably afraid to launch it hard at like 5k. shouldn't be hard for you since you have the feel of your car down by now.
