Yeah.............the problem with street fighting is that they never fight fair. So, you never see the first punch coming and it's allways a hook . However, you know the first rule of martial arts.......that is continue your retaliation and don't stop until he is down. You are lucky you had a tape to back you up though because you are considered a leathal weapon as soon as you reach a black belt level.

i wasnt going to let him pull a knife or a gun after that first punch.. thats for dam sure.. i figured i hit him as hard as i could and as fast as i could untill he was on the ground.. and when he hit the ground i wanted to make sure he was good and out could... hi didnt have a chance.. see.. im 220 lbs right now i was 60 lbs heaver when i became a black belt.. so i think that helps me alot with my reaction time

Just a question..............I studied Karate for about 5 years also. I found it difficult to get a punch into somebody who has studied teakwando because their legs are always in the way. Once in though, I'm ok. Was your first instinct to kick????

I don't know about that............you have to be careful about kicking someone who is down because you could seriously hurt someone doing that. I know you'd like to do it but it could be a bad thing really. Not only that, you can retaliate, but once he's down you have to prove you needed the extra omph to put this guy down for fear of more harm to yourself in court if he takes you there.

i guess my uncle dropped some dogss off at the shop for the night.." 2 german shepards and 2 pitbulls..." they get along with people that they know.. lol

we constantly have people rumaging though are yard.... we lost 2 dogs last year because somebody shot them.. its a dam shame..

we had some young punk get chased up in to a car by one of the dogs 6 years ago we found him in the morning and let him go.. told him to stay the hell out of the yard and he wouldnt get a second chance... we think he might have been the one who shot the dogs.. or a buddie.. but thats just word around the area
