theres your problem.
also you need cooling mods. you will heat soak on those longer pulls and back-to-back runs.

will leaning it out make that much of a difference??? and i think he boost limited the car in 2nd gear...should it be boost limited in 2nd?

It's okay.

I lost to a Hyundai Elantra today...... until the 1/8 mile when I caught traction by short shifting 3rd and trained by him doing almost 90 haha

I had the traction control on too. Damn snow tires.

Yea, get some cooling mods and lean it out to like 11.7 and slowly getting richer up top, like 11.5 at redline would be safe.

hey i know him his name is hector and he is stock i've checked out his car and raced him he beat me also from a 40 but i pulled about a car in front before he pulled on me and i'm stock. then raced from roll he barely starting catching up about 120 before i slowed down. My friend in a GST murdered him by like 10 minimum after which they ran from the cops lol

no, boost should not be limited in 2nd. the 2nd gear boost cut covers 2nd thru 5th. so it prevents you from ever hitting max boost.

you will notice a huge difference going from 9.x afr to 11.0 afr which is still very rich and safe. most shoot for 11.5 or so.

if you get mef, get a retune for more timing and re-adjust the AFR. more powa!
for a 2.85" you dont really NEED mef injection, a good front mount exchanger will suffice.

Wow thats weird i raced a lightning that put down 420whp and 510wtg and i could still stay ahead of him bye a car length from a 30 roll and 65 roll and my car dynoed 250 whp and 240wtq , I was running a 2.6 pulley at the time though.

i was running 2.5 on ported blower but i was un tuned and my meth wasnt spraying and they didnt pull hard on me. And both of those lightnings i raced had ported blowers lower pullies on a cog set up full exhaust tuned and other stuff.
