i had a 2000 dodge neon highline niggggaaa. forest green! ctfu!!! **** it didnt even have a tach in it. speedo, fuel and coolant gauge... mad boring. tape deck wit the tape~>cd player. yea my portable cd player had anti-shock on it. dont hate, that **** was pimp back in 03. that and mini disk players. but i couldnt afford a 300$ player off of my allowence. taking the trash out and walking my dogs didnt pay off hahahahaa

it was the 8k hids that gave you the edge.

A non sti, wrx is not all that impressive in stock form. If the kid can drive at all and maybe had some form of tuning, from a dig it may be close. from a roll, it is kinda one sided.

This is assuming your both pretty much stock.

 

Def the hids lol My mods are in sig.. I know he had exhaust and intake not sure what else

 

They are not that fast! Ya 13 from a dig but from all roll they are pigs Ive beat stage 2 Cobb stis easy

 

everyone on here saying the wrx is not impressive compared to the sti... The 09 wrx reached 0-60mph 0.4 seconds quicker then the 09 sti

 

I seen him today and confirmed it was an 09 for sure

 

ya because they are geared more aggresively.. once they get going they probably have less top end

 

i like the imprezas cause you can race in the summer and have fun in the winter...AWD FTW

 

wrx will beat sti's due to gearing like COBALT DADDY said. I just got the sti for the better everything. When I test drove the wrx vs the sti, i punched the wrx and was about 15mph higher before i shifted into 2nd compared to me being allready in 2nd in my sti. just gearing.
