those are the only ones im aware of, alot of the unmarks dont follow the rule and "call it in" for someone marked to pick them up. Thats how i got rocked, even with 4 spotters.

He lucked out big time.
Thats OK, I got the cops called on me once for racing a 6l GTO. We were doing about 125-130 in a 50 mph zone. I actually work with the cop who pulled me over ( he used to be in my squadron ) so he cut me a break and wrote me for 80 in a 55, as opposed to wreckless endangerment, and street racing.
The GTO was not so lucky as all the cops swarmed him.
The charge was reduced to 3 parking tickets. I will never be that stupid ever again.

Wow! You are probably one of the luckiest people alive. I though i was lucky when i just got a warning for doing 29 in a 25, which was a complete waste of time for the cop to be pulling people over for 4 over. He acted like he was going to give me a speeding ticket also which i was too scared to realize that is was completely ridiculous. But the point is i was happy with getting just a warning, you should seriously think about a lottery ticket about now, or a trip to Vegas.
