well i recently just got a 22psi tune from trifecta and have been more than impressed but i havent got a chance to race anyone worth it until now. the first car was my buddys g8 gt he has a k&n intake and custom catback exhaust with an x pipe. well anyway in a safe location clear of cars we ran from about 75 and the results were great i instantly started pullin and put maybe two cars on him by 120 multiple times. after that a 350z came haulin up on us so we both ran him down but no bite he was to busy lookin at himself in his rear view mirror after the ricer fly by. later another friend came out with his 2002 ls1 camaro auto with just an slp lid. he had beatin me from a dig before when i was stock so thats all he wanted to race from. before we headed out he was talkin about how i couldnt catch him till passed 100 but, he thought the g8 could beat him... anyway i did not tell him i had already beat the g8 then went out and beat him by easily a bus length from a 40 and a dig. The last car that came out was 335i im not sure of the mods but someone said they thought it was tuned ( i can not confirm that) we raced from a 40 and his front bumber was at the back of my door... needless to say i was very suprised so then we went from a dig and i missed the shift to second my only time that night. after that we had to leave so no rematch but my friend knows him so were gonna set it up soon.

you know he didnt spin but i didnt either, we were even in first then as soon as i hit 2nd i started pullin good. and we lined up 3 times. he does have a like 2 15s in his trunk though

 

No way you beat the mighty ls1 with a tuned ss/tc it just cant happen. You should have raced to 150 so the ls1 could unleash its top end on you

Those 335i's are pretty dam quick, the 07's are Twin turboed and run I think mid 13's stock

If he was tuned thats even better but I think if he was he would pull pretty hard no offense those things are beast's when tuned

 

I was just saying you shouldn't have put bus lengths on him from a dig. You still had a fair chance at winning against a good driver though. Auto LS1's and tuned LNF's can both run low 13's. Good kill on the LS1, you should be proud of that one.

Id say the 335i was tuned, i have the same tune as you, and last time i was at the track there was a tuned 135i, i asked the guy and he said he was tuned and had something else that i cant remember...

He did 12.8 @ 111mph , i did 13.319@ 111.28mph.

yea im thinkin he was tuned too, mainly because my friend thought it was but also because he said he was pickin up a new intercooler for it the next day.. plus it was on some new rims and looked very nice, but i dont wanna say what im not sure about
