He took a course and has been riding for 2+ years now. But at 60mph how can you screw it up? I have another friend who may race me who has been riding for his whole life my bro and him raced and I think my bro won (newer bike) both R6s

He's only lost to me tonight

03 or 05+ either way the R6 should flat out rape a stock turboed TC. R6 needs a driver mod bad.

In a cobalt you will need at least 550+whp to keep with a modern day 600 from a highway roll, I'm sorry but he can't ride. My first bike was a 04 r6 bone stock in which I went 10.95 @ 125, and another run trapped 130. A cobalt is not beating a modern day 600 cc sportbike. Your brother was most likely in third gear or something dumb like that. From 60 when I had that bike I could go 1st gear or 2nd.

OK well I don't ride so I really don't know but how can you screw up a highway roll? Be in the right gear and hit it

Wrong gear, at 60 you should be in 1st or 2nd. Not tucking, bad shifting, letting off due to front end lifting, or just a plain scared/bad rider.

Here is a prime example of a good rider on a modern day 600 vs a cbora making 585.

I didn't ask him if he was in the right gear we were side by side and he was ready we went at the same time maybe he short shifted I don't know I'll ask him tonight and see when we can do a rematch and film it. What would be the best speed for me to try?

Put a guy 240 pounds or more, not a 140 pound guy on a r6 and they ain't that fast all of a sudden. Just sayin.

He's 200-210lbs. I asked him yesterday if he wanted a rematch he said there was no point and he also said he doesn't think he could do anything else to get it to go faster.

LOL, still will trap 120 plus with a 200lb rider and put trains on modded and big turbo cobalts, plain and simple he's not the best rider.

Do it from a 40 roll with the r6 starting in first gear.

i could probably do a 60 roll on my zx6r in 6th gear and beat my car

i beat a cbr600 once before i had a bike and felt so good about it, now im sure it was rider error.

Rider makes a huge difference. A general rule of thumb (if they can ride) is to have as much HP as the bike has CCs. So 600cc, you'd need around 600hp to STAND A CHANCE. There's always other variables in play, but this is a decent ballpark estimate to determine how a race will turn out (Usually ends in car rape )

I was referring to the stock turbo as in the K04 baby snail. You can't get enough power out of it to put up a decent challenge vs a bike.

Not quite that much. Paintballerr78 has a 480whp TC and when I went down to Bismarck, ND to get tuned he was taking down all kinds of 600's left right and center from a highway roll. There was a large group of them and were getting so mad every time he would beat one so they lined up one after another to try lol. It was pretty funny.
