i'd say i've beaten 600's on rolls but id just get called out by one, but, i know someone with a car exactly like mine, the driver even looks like me, has done it, and his gf was a witness...

 

well you can race them to shut them up....but i like both cars....i consider a stg 2 balt to be fairly quick..but its not super all out fast...ppl just talk way to much smack about cars nowadays saying my car this my car that...every make model etc.....makes me sick having to hear it

 

Wow everyone here takes this way 2 serious......does everyone realize 600 are starter bikes and the rider probably werent the best

I think is the point they are trying to make.. a bike is a bike.. they are fast and light. But you are right if I raced one it would be embarrassing for the owner of the bike..

i love cobalts, i dont get why people bash other cars, its just ignorance... no matter what kind of car you have someone always has something better/faster

i REALLY do like cobalts tho, they are really stylish, but i drove one and it just wasnt for me, so ill stick with my shitty neon hehe

Bold = QFT. I drove a lot of cars including the SRT4. I liked it, but it wasn't me either. Gotta give the SRT's props though. I raced the entire last season last year. There was a guy with a modded orange SRT4 that was running 12.2's on slicks consistently. I loved my 3 second head starts, until he ran. He cuts awesome .003/.004 trees all the time. He said he was making around 380hp. Nice guy. Really helped me improve in racing.

I bet those tools in CT don't even have s2. They are probably like BOVs on a turbo Civic -- a lot of noise, but not much else (I know, I know, there are a lot or well built civics. don't start flaming.).

 

OH right...you forgot to mention that you played catch up because bikes are not top end beasts.


Your SRT-4 can't out accelerate a bike. Those videos proved that the bike did it's job perfectly.

The guy said that if he didn't wanna lose a race, then he'd get on his bike. Well, there is a bike getting beat. That's all I'm saying. Weak top end or not... the bike got beat.

A bike maybe able to a standing stop to top speed and back down to a complete stop in a mile... but can it haul 2 cars on a trailer like my parents Diesel? No. We can go on for DAYS, stating ways that one vehicle can get beat by another.

You are acting like a bike douche. I show you a video of a bike getting beat in a race, so you whip out the, "Oh, but can it stop faster than a bike?" Who cares? That SRT isn't anywhere near as powerful as it could be, it's only on a 50 trim for crying out loud... accept the simple fact that it can pass a bike in a race and drop the arguement. I don't know why people get such a sense of PRIDE in their blood that they will defend something like that. Pride only ***** you in the end.

I am tired of seeing a 600hp car finally roll past a bike.

To me roll racing against a bike is like have the bike go against the diesel in towing...it is not what it is made for.

I thought THAT was a douche move IMO. That is why I got pissed. I am quite impressed with SRT-4s, especially the new ones...but cars stick to cars...and bikes to bikes...so the TRUE douche bag up there that posted first needs to slow his role.

 

True... I totally agree. Most bikes vs car races are high speed races. You almost never see someone do a 35 roll with a bike... its always 80 rolls, and **** like that. Besides the fact that most bikes aren't made for straight line performance... take it to the curves and see who gets owned.

 

In a tight switch back track...a car...4 contact patches...on a faster track...a bike will make a car look silly.

Now when I say a tight course I mean like an autoX course.

I figured you could... I'm friends with Ryan VanAken... whose Yellow SRT held/holds the record for fastest stock engine SRT (or at least it did last I talked to him, doubt its been broken yet). And I know he could muscle around them. Damn fast car.
