14.9 stock? i have a hard time believing that. Especially since I've never lost to a GSR..not in my V6 mustang, not in my SVT Focus, and havent raced one yet in my SS, but I'm assuming I won't. I'm talking stock to moderately modded.

Wow, that's almost exactly what the Type R was rated at (being a magazine mechanic). It was a while back ago, but I remember a review of a Type R, and it ran a 14.8 stock. It's one of those odd, small things you remember from years ago, but don't know why.

I guess that also means my svt focus with just and intake and throttle body is a 14 second car! Woohoo

 

From what I remember, you ran your 14.9 with a 20mph tail wind and bald tires?! Quit BSing, I would not waste my time on a GSR-S that's N/A on the street. I did race at the track and he managed a 15.7, I guess that's almost in the 14's. NOT!!
