lol 12.1 LOL. you are not going to trap 8mph faster just because of slicks in any 12 second car. the only way that is gonna happen is if your car is spinning hardcore to the 1/8th marker.

i know its hard too believe. i couldnt believe it myself. with street tires i run 13.2-13.5's@ 107-111mph. but slicks make one hell of a difference. cobalts are known for wheel hop. with traction bars, torque dampner, and the slicks i hardly spun at all. street tires on the other hand kill your time. i broke an axle the last time i ran on street tires due to wheel hop. And i didnt break the cv joint. i twisted the shaft in half. that sucked.
MODS: 2.7 pully with stage 2 flash, k&n cai, heat exchanger, 4-2-1 header w/ high flow cat, 3in cat back exhust, torque dampner, traction bars, stage 3 clutch w/ light weight flywheel, hurst short shifter, runnin at 19.5lbs boost!!!

Yea I have altezzas....jk
My car is slightly modded...I have a CB,H pipe,UDP's,Vmp SCT tune and 4.10s...also a k&n drop in...My nitrous kit should be installed within a month or so...I also have BFG drag radials...they are sitting in teh garage though.

When I see "car links", I assume that the person heard someone say "car lengths"... the term that actually makes sense... and thought they said "links" instead of "lengths".

update on me racing the mustang ..the kid has gt badges and told me it was a gt but i found out that its only a v6 with intake headers exhaust and chipped..******* homo

A V6 w/ headers and exhaust isn't going to be very quiet... and it isn't going to sound like a GT, either... especially in higher rpms.
