sorry for the terrible quality of the video haha. we started braking just after the video started.
he's stock and auto, i'm stock. we'll see what happens.
best kills for me so far:
'96 LT4 vette, 6speed, stock
'95 Z28, auto, intake, headers, full exhaust, valvesprings, panhard bar
'97 stang GT, ford lightning motor swap
oh and an auto '00 eclipse GT
all of those races i listed are from rolls AND digs.
no one wants to get in another thread about gods engine????? something is wrong here...

actually nevermind. the guy talking in the video of me racing the z28 is the guy with the mustang, and he says in there that i beat him. along with other random ****

i beat him in a 40 roll by .5-1.5 couldn't really tell. and he had me by about 3.5-4 in the 1/4 due to my clutch slipping AAAAAAALL the way through first. pissed me off. i'm not saying i would have won the dig, cause i wouldn't but it would have only been by about 1-2, not 4
i'm uploading the vid of the roll. unfortunately it was the very end when we started braking, but you can tell i'm ahead. and my friend got the dig on his camera, which i will be posting tomorrow, cause i'm not ashamed to post a loss

People would be much more interested in this LS1 vs TC thread if it was done better. Next time, film the whole race from your passengers seat (get a buddy in your car), try to get a better camera if possible, and make sure the person taking the video knows what is expected (have the LS1 on your right and film him during the whole race). Good kill from the roll though man, sounds like it was pretty tight! No shame in losing in the 1/4 to it either.

okay...well uh, i beat him in a 40 roll. and lost by 4 on a dig. it my clutch didn't slip all the way through 1st it would hav eonly been about a 2-2.5 car loss
a ford lightning? hahah **** i don't know what size it is. its supercharged though.... heres a pic
ask brian about it. he said his friend owned it. or he know one of the guys who owned it. i dunno the story

Ok look at it this way. A supercharged stock cobalt cant even pull a stock srt-4 evo or sti from a roll. All of these cars are slower than a properly working ls1 from a roll. Havent you heard of LS1 top end? Its notorious for that. It takes a tuned ss t/c just to hang with or maybe roll a ls1 by 1 length. I have never heard of anyone in a stock ss/sc beat a properly working ls1 stock for stock. The numbers dont lie my man. Unless he mishifted (which he didnt because its an auto) there is just no way.
