Ran a Ford F350

I was at a red light and these punks pull up next to me with (daddy's) F350 I see them staring at my car then I hear the truck rev next to me, I look on the door and see it has a bully dog emblem so I'm guessing (daddy) did something to the truck.

andway I knew they were going to run so when the light turned green I stomped it and so did they I was basically side by side with the truck then started pulling ahead and ended up beating them... I looked in the mirror and I could see the truck pouring out black smoke.

I know it's a big heavy ass truck but those things are torque monsters I'm used to having my ass handed to me by diesel trucks in my cavalier... so just thought I'd share that.

Oh yeah I know that.

my uncle used to have a Chevy 3500 I think that was pushing like 900 HP with the chip exhaust intake propane injection...ect ect... that truck would beat up on mustangs all day.

not sure what he ran in the 1/4 though

So what you are a 2.2 right?

A stock modern turbodiesel would give you trouble, a tuned one would rip you a new *******

You sure it was diesel?

yep diesel... maybe the kids didn't know how to drive or something... I knew I was going to get my ass handed to me but it never happened.

also what's kinda funny was I raced one of those gay ass Nissan Versa's and it was fairly close but ended up getting him too... but it wasn't a long race it was a race from a stop light to where a 2 lane merges into 1 lane...

but at that spot I've beaten a few diesel trucks that I knew were going for it.. so I dunno

hmmm....interesting. I got spanked by my buddy's F-250 with an upgraded aurora turbo, tuner, intake and turbo back by 4 cars on a 40-90 run....something smells fishy here.

yes this is bs.. and just because hes in a f350 does not make it (daddys) with gas prices were so high at one point you could get one easily for the same price as a cobalt around here..

and honestly he should have beat you. well deffinately dominated you off the line.

black balt sorry its not possible you in a 2.2 any stock diesel specially a newer one would whoop you. i thought u were in a supercharged. i raced my buddys stock dodge diesel and i only beat him after 80 mph cause his truck was big.. and thats with my mods and running in the 14s.. your 2.2 not at chance..

and if its tuned. wow those diesel engines are crazy..

why would I BS... I drive a 2.2 there's really no room to brag...

it was more than likely a technicality or something and yes I realize the truck should've spanked me... but the kids probably didn't know how to drive but it's still technically a kill.

I'm not here to say "oh my 2.2 is faster just cuz it's mine"...

**** in my cav I've beaten corvettes from stoplight to stoplight just cuz they spun off of the line... in my book that's a technical kill... eventhough I know thier car would blow mine off of the road.

should've specified that a little more.

i ran y buddies dad's single turbo f350, they are not fast, hell they are a even match for the 2.2 in the 1/4 check their stock times

http://www.cars.com/go/crp/research....=&aff=national

1/4 mile 15.93 seconds at 90.50 mph

impressive for a big truck, i i ran 15.7, and that trck is with a professional diver in it, oh thats the newer twin turbo truck too, the onlder single turbos were in the 16's

well with diesels you can pull like anything and it doesnt slow much. diesel engines are sick. if they only had a diesel engine in a car that was geared for racing..

PS: i hate the vw tdi lol

Most Bullydog trucks i've seen smoke the whole way if you have it set for high power. The programmers can only add fuel to make power, so smoke is gonna happen.

You guys do realize a stock new F350 is a 17 second truck, right? They aren't that fast, even with just a tune. If its heavily modded, thats one thing, but a bullydog does not put it in the 14's by itself...

I got my ass handed to me by a Chevy 2500 the other day. I doubt an F350 is gonna have any trouble with you, stock or no stock.

A stock f350 is a 17 second truck, why do you think it would outrun a stock 2.2?
