There are more threads on the subject at SRT Forums .com but basically, he was riding with another SRT-4 driver and they careened off the road into a tree obviously. They are not giving reasons for the accident obviously, but there were 3 people in the car and 2 of them passed away.

More info here

http://www.**************/forums/sho...d.php?t=239095

Obviously the middle part says SRT forums .com without spaces...

Very true... Although, not to correct anything you said, but I believe what they said is that all he was doing was riding with Max to go install a part for him =\

Actually, as this may be true, it is of no concern. And also, please note, trees don't move. I have been in a car accident involving a tree, we were only going about 35 and the car we were in was a very sturdy older honda accord. Our car did not budge the tree, but the front end / engine appeared to have been wrapped around the tree forwardly. Trees are very dangerous obstacles. Please just learn and do not comment negatively, as it serves no purpose now...

god has a purpose for us all... maybe some of us would've had the same fate at steven, but now maybe we will think twice before we hit that gas pedal

god bless you brother, and rest in peace

i was not trying to be negative at all, nor do i mean to belittle the unfortunate outcome of this accident. but i have seen my share of car accidents, and when one sees the frame actually broke apart at the midline i just looks like an accident of high speed. im sorry i dont mean to offend. just my 2 cents, and yes, it makes no difference now, the outcome is the sad same.

he wasn't even driving. some other kid was driving, so for all we know he could have wanted nothing more than to get out of the car. it sucks that things like this happen, but hopefully it serves its purpose to remind people to think before doing something.
