You know why? Well, when I first posted the vids, everyone thought he had a manual boost controller..because he claimed *stock*...well I just got word from his best friend that he showed the driver how to unplug the wastegate, no woner he was pullin' 20 + psi of boost
I feel like an idiot.
That was back when I was stock too.

works for me and great races....
i have raced 04 srt4 stage 1 that ran
60 ft 1.85
1/4 ET 13.3251
1/4 MPH 103.39
100-180km/h we were dead even.....this was on my way to track where i did 13.9 stock tire him slicks

the 2004 srt 4 came with both stg 1 injectors and pcm
2005 only came with injectors not pcm
stock vs stock neon srt 4 will always prevail over cobalt s/c stock thats just the way it is

My stock SS/SC>This Stock Srt-4
GET STAGE 2!!!!Man, I am aiming for it. But him doing what he did to win that night really risks that engine. But it looks like he got me by about the same or less as that 2008 350Z, so it should be close or I'll get him by a little.
Here's a quote from his friend..just read I kinda LOL'd
"Yeah he told me that. I sent him those videos and he got a good kick out of em. Funny thing a day or 2 later he started having bad idleing problems and an oil leak.... He blew the center of the pcv valve out it started sucking in oil and leaking out the intake tubes. It does make that car come alive.. I tried to get him to race stephen croker in the Z but he thinks he will get beat...."

X2, there are plenty of people beating stock SRT's and vice versa.

umm not always.....stock for stock, its a driver race especially if its a race from a dig...now on the roll, the ss s/c will lose to a srt4.....when i was stock i raced about three different srt4 who were also stock we raced from a dig and same outcome, now on the roll, it was another story....

yea def had a boost controller on my boys srt-4 annnnd we had it spiking at 20 and mind you all he has is intake, yea motor started knocking cause of lack of fuel... if that guy was pushin 20psi defff not stock

i respect the cobalt s/c like you wouldnt believe i had one but im just tryin to be realistic stock vs stock yes a drivers race is always gonna be thrwon in there and thats cool but generally the srt 4 does have more of the edge and noone is gonna tell me different

i tell you though i was in my buddys stock t c he just got about a month agoi and let me tell you the t c 3rd gear oulls pretty hard for stock lol im serious i was like wow lmao
