So I was on my way to work Friday night, I was blazin the freeway and noticed I was running pretty early. I decided to get off the freeway and hit some lights on the back roads to practice some launches. I did about six launches and noticed I was getting low on gas, so I go to the Shell station and start filling up when I see this yellow SRT4 pull up at the Arco across the street, I'm thinkin' "cool, an SRT4, whatever". So I finish up and pull out going North on Central, towards the industrial part of town. I pulled up to a light that turned yellow, stopped, and put in Audioslave. As "Cochise" starts playing, the SRT4 pulls up to my right, reving the crap out of it was this mid 20's looking guy with his girlfriend, looking like they were going clubbing. I just looked at him and nodded. The light turned and I spun a little bit but not bad at all. He spun pretty bad on his launch. By the time I was across the intersection I was in second and pulling away fast. I think he hit the rev limiter cuz I saw his lights bouncing in my mirror. I got up to 120 and it was long over so I slowed it down. I was stopped at a light about a mile from where we started and the guy pulls up and I roll my window down and he asked "What is that?" I couldn't believe he didn't know! With a huge smile on my face I replied "A Cobalt SS Supercharged!" I wanted to say "You were behind me the whole way, can't you read!" But I restrained myself, cuz if he ever learns how to drive his car I'm in trouble! If he drives his girl like he drives his car, she's cheating on him!
