ok so i raced my friend i his v6 mustang (mods: exhaust) again.. the last time i didnt do so good.. but anyways i wanted a rematch so we met up on a street with ZERO TRAFFIC at all.. and he said practice run.. so we went and he got me off the line b/c i spun so bad.. then i pulled away once i kicked boost in in 2nd gear.. and pulled away when i grabed 3rd.. so thats one win 4 me..

second run.. different street.. still no traffic we had some one start us and we took off i got him threw all the gears.. then we had 2 wooaa our cars down b/c one off my jackass friends almost backed out in2 the middle of the street! but still i one but i was closer..

third run back down the street we started and he got me in the begging like in the 1st run but i got him in the end again.. he was a good sport about it.. alls he said was aww **** i got beat by a damn 4 banger lol..

yeah, all but the newest (retro style) mustang gt's will have trouble beating stock ss/sc's. if you have an ss/sc and a v6 mustang beats you, you need a new driver mod. lol.

 

There are quite a few V6 Mustangs out there that run better times than the majority of SS/SCs, but yeah, stock vs. stock, the SS/SC definitely *should* win.

 

yeah he had an exuast and thats it... but he is a pretty good racer..

ss/sc with minor mods spells death for v- 6 mustangs. Not much more to take down the v-8's. I'm waiting for the chance to just line up with a cobra or at least have a gt500 pull away from me.

your attitude is funny considering the fastest bolt on 2.2's are running times near what a stock 2005+ v6 runs. You would get absolutely raped by a decent bolt on s197 v6. there are turbo 6's on the stock block that would wipe out every cobalt on this board. just keep that in mind.
