dont forget the 50 shot , which is adding all the power hes winning by , his car is probably dynoing at 295 WHP with a 50 shot and 255WHP without it

at least thats what they'll say
haha nitrous is so cheap , ls2 with a 150 shot and slicks cost 1000-1300 and would pull the **** out of alot of cars

I don't think it would be that bad really, I bet I could still average 20 mpg in a GTO. I get 24 in the cobalt. Besides, if you are racing the car, who gives a **** about the gas milage?

Hey, you don't have a cobalt anymore, go away!

Just kidding bro, I still want to run your stang, just for fun. It'll give you an idea of where you are versus where you were. Please tell me you found that coupler.

When the motor comes down for that, its not going back together without getting more work. All in good time.

u talkin about physically modifying the engine? I plan on keeping mine stock in terms of porting and such. I dont want to screw anything up, so Im only putting in "bolt-ons" that fit the stock head and other components ( aka GMPP ).

its not all that bad. I got the build book, and its not as complicated as it seems. Itll take a VERY long time, but its not rocket science.

Yeah, if I take the head off its getting a ported and polished one with bigger valves and fully upgraded valvetrain when it gets re-installed. No sense to me to break the car down just to throw pistons in, might as well just do everything in one pass. Yeah it will cost a little more, but the labor will be the same, so less work for me. If I pull the head the car will make 350 to the wheels off bottle when it goes back together. I'll put money on that figure too. Its not gonna be cheap to get there, I'll be spending a few grand on parts alone, but the results will be well worth it.

Haven't been yet, and now the stock clutch is starting to slip, so I won't be going for a while.

Hey Brian, you need to come down to the Towers meet one friday, and run this kid with a Ion that has a Stg 3 pcm but no spray or anything else stage 3 related, not even a dual-pass. He swears he has the fastest Redline out there, yet Ben (black SRT-4) pulled him easily.
