SS/SC vs Sr20 240sx

Whats up everyone!
So today I decided to race my friends 240 sx that has a Sr20 swap.
First race was a 20 roll and he won :/ so then we did one from a dig and i got him right off the launch.
He said I launched pretty good, and this was my first race from a dig, so it was one of my first times launching.
I'll upload the vids once they upload on photobucket.
And in the second video I know you guys are prolly gonna say he caught up but just note that i started slowing down cuz we were gonna do another roll from a higher mph but traffic was ahead so we couldnt
They were pretty good though imo.

Comments are welcomed

1st off the roll.

2nd from the dig.

Not bad love that superchager whine. If your sig is your current mods list... you can be much faster than that... just saying.

sr20s aren't very quick with the stock turbo on them. Prolly a good driver's race everytime!

I know, i didnt know it was that noticeable till the video.
And yeah those are my mods and just installed my header and dp the other day, i was kind of disappointed with the race though, i felt like i couldve beat him both times by a car or car and a half.

What tune are you running? get some 80lb injectors, smaller pulley, and run E85... you will crush some souls then.

Im not tuned at all yet. Still on stock tune, i have 42s, stage 2 belt, and stage 2 pulley right now but waiting to install and tune after some cooling mods. You think thats why i haven't got my full power of header/dp/catback?

Too bad he didn't put a RB26 in it... 2.6 liter straight 6 out of a skyline lol that thing could slay some people if it was built properly.

I think that is why you aren't taking advantage of the smaller pulley. I think stage 2 kits come with a tune right? Are you running that or really the bone stock tune? Just go find an HP tuner, an Ethanol station, and get that thing rockin and rollin.

I have the GM stage 2 kit but i dont have the tune for it, Ima go to aaron for a trifecta tune.
Ima look around for the ethanol station though. Is it more effective. Haven't really looked into it much.

I think you should skip the gm stage 2 tune and go straight to an hp tune.

I'm not sure the 1JZ would fit very well. Plus its a toyota motor not a nissan/datsun motor.

E85 allows more timing, allows you to run more boost safely, has oxygen attached to the molecular chain, it can be run richer, it is cheaper, and it should give you like 20-30 more hp at the wheels.
