I work nights and my car was still apart, got it finished today, now we have to retune. So it'll be a minute before my cars ready to run.

Not really. Did you look at the numbers up top? The real question is..how the hell did the ss/tc keep up with the mustang??

Did you guys all dyno at the same place?

Wow I thought you would have been able to hang better than that with the TC considering your mods.

thats exactly what am saying based on those numbers that the lnf put down, OPs numbers should be around the same as that lnf, making the race much closer.

and for only 340whp on the lnf it did great to that "600whp+" mustang.

If anything that mustang was barely breaking 450whp+

&& no lol.. the mustang made 662/550.. he was on bald ass radials and just spun.. all these guys are like good friends of mine and I know what's done to all of them.. I've seen dyno graphs of both cars also

But hp numbers should be somewhat close. If it was a dig ok the tq wins but from a roll he should have been able to hang with it.

but if its a second gear roll and the turbo is already spooled he's stil throwin down those torque numbers. hp from wut i understand is more or less how fast ur car will go so they may have the same approx top speed but the torque will get the tc there much faster

Numbers don't mean everything. Power under the curve plays a big part.

that is true. numbers do play a part as well. to fully understand it tho we would have to see the dyno sheets side by side to compare curves

My car is straight pig though in this 100* weather.. and i'm on about 20*.. getting retuned next week with bigger nozzle and other stuff, hoping to bump it to 25*.. tried 25 before, and car was an animal with it, even with a little knocking..

Was on a 8gph with like a 40/60 meth/water mix.... now i'm on a 14 and we're gonna TRY 100% meth.. just experiment.. see how car likes it.. since i found pure meth locally for 2.50/gal i don't mind trying different mixes.. if that's not enough, I got a dual nozzle set up in my garage.. thinking about just throwing the dual nozzle on there before I even get tuned..

Also.. right now i'm tuned for my 8... but my 14 is on..
