Two big brother SS kills from a few weeks back.
Race one took place at the begining of september, I was headed to a buddies house in frederick when i merged next to a red 2010 ss camaro. It's obvious mods were agressive looking lip kit, header back exhaust(clearly a full exhuast car, i run a catless straight pipe side exhaust and i couldnt hear my car even a little bit. He aslo had some pretty deep lipped wheels. I saw him begin to merge for harpers ferry so i tagged along behind hoping to get a clear spot and to see if he was game. Somehow ending up ahead of him I cruised for a bit while traffic cleared. Finally clearing traffic he shot over to the right lane and dropped a gear, doing the same we both dropped the hammer. Starting from 65 we were dead even till 130. No one pulled an inch. Good run. We did a few more pulls(all the same given we started from a tad higher up on the following runs, same result. and jumped off an exit, he merged off to the back roads, first with a thumbs up and complimentary burn out though. Car sounded like sex,
The second race took place 3 weeks back before I grenaded my second trans this year at the track. I was minding my own business, heading home from that same buddies house, it was around 2:30 in the morning. Headlights in the left lane were slowly walking up behind me. Thinking it might be a cop I slowed down a little. Instead it was a 02 ss camaro with pipes, unsure of other mods, probably not many besides basic boltons. Anywho, there were two guys in the car. They paced me for awhile, passenger making hand gestures at me to go, also making gestures I assume were to insult my loud little cobalt. Doing 70 they punched it, I then hit it, the result?

By 130 i was 3 buses out, result repeated once more and then they weren't having so much fun anymore. Oh well theres always someone faster, even if that night it was a cobalt lol.

My first performance car was an 02 ss maro so it hit a sweet spot to smack one around a little, I miss my ls1 what a great car that was, minus the **** ass interior even worse than a balt.

Yeah the guy with the 2010 maro looked like an old school biker, he was probably 50ish good times
