As you can see, we had the DHRA (Diesel Hot Rod Association) in town today doing the Truck Pulls. So afterwards there were a lot of trucks around town. A bunch stopped our car hang-out. A few of them raced... nothing impressive raced though. The best was a Ford vs a Dodge, both were chipped with exhaust and intake... the Cobalt won that dig race by 6 .

i raced the same car with same mods about two weeks ago the 99 eclipse gs-x AWD with 16g, frount mount upgrade, bov, wastegate, boost controller... the only difference was i got him by 4-5 cars then we slow down and he blew a turbo line and oil went everywhere (i was shitten my pants cuz even my car filled with smoke and i pulled over immidiatly and checked my dipstick i thought it was me and my #4 piston ringland.... man was i happy it was him) funny i havent pushed my car to hard since then lol

 

Yeah... she whines REALLY loud and you can hear it from really far away. I like it.

Its AMAZING! LOL... what's really nice about it is that I now have LSD... and I don't have to worry about a Quaife LSD exploding like my open diff.

It'll cost me $0 more a month too - as far as insurance and payment goes.

 

Thats cool man, what ever choice you make is cool and man that would be a big jump in performance how does that thing handle in turning lol.

 

I dunno. Its got IRS (one of the worst though)... it shouldn't be TOO bad in the turns. Of course... that's not why I'm buying it either.
