The lighning prolly was laughing if hes modded we have one here running 11's with drag radials they are no joke. For reference the best Ive seen a cobalt ss/sc run here is a 14.1 heavily modded stage 2 with drag radials elevation is 4,500 ft.

Pretty much. They crushed a few impounded cars when the new laws were put into effect to scare people, but essentially it's just a roadside suspension with HUGE fines. After it's all said and done, your insurance company will proceed to bend you over the proverbial table.
