his car has to be beat up then and not running well, or it's 100% stock and not running at 100%. or he's lying about what the car is with bogus badges.

i don't doubt that you won... the point is he either lied about his mods, or the car is not running properly.

we have been running together since last summer...2k5ss/sc...is the silver balt..i wouldnt think of it as a stretch to say that he helped the dude in the grand national put those parts in....it is what it is..liightly modded gn loses to a tuned stock balt...not a big deal...

13.6 stock is what a GREAT driver with a stock SS/TC can do with a higher trap more than likely.

if you won, the guy in the GN has no idea how to drive. and since it's an automatic, he probably hit the brake instead of the gas. either that, or you're a liar, too.

regardless, it looks like you just want someone to agree with you. this thread is pointless, any time someone tells you "what you dont want to hear", you just come up with some reason why what they say cant be true.

/thread.

no need to be disrespectful and call somebody a liar...i told you what happened. you dont have to believe it. i really dont care who agrees with me. this isnt a popularity contest. it was a street race with another car. really is no need to call me a liar because something didnt go the way you wanted to. just wait for the video to be posted. watch it. and then say good race. you would think fellow cobalt owners would be happy. the thread is only pointless when we have people like you pointing out pointless information.

Tell your buddy to check his plugs. He's only firing on 5 cylinders.

Why did it look like the SC cobalt took all the races

Anyone have a dyno sheet from a Grand national? It is a rwd car and they were running those races from a roll. A dig race would have a totally diff result. What gears do a gn run stock? Maybe he was not in his powerband???? It is auto so if they are running at 40 mph he was prolly in a OD gear and had to kickdown. I didn't hear the gn engine at all so I can't tell if it did kick down to the proper gear. I am also no expert just thinking about what could of happened.
