stock tune on the cobalt?

 

I read that SS/TC go mid 13's @ 104+ stock. Can a GTO really be much quicker than that? Plus the TC has a good amount of bolt ons. He should be trapping like 109 right?

 

slow, stop being an assclown. A stock LS2 GTO would crush a stock SS/TC. Ur not stock and he doesnt have a tune.

the stock tune on an ss/tc is dogshit slow. Even tuned theyre nothing to write home about. On the stock turbo most SS/TC's are dyno queens because the turbo is soo small and it has no top end power.

 

But everywhere I read race stories with GTO's the guys saying they run 14's and trap ~100 come outta the woodwork. I'm jw idk man I think it might be close.

I hear lots of stories man, I'm actually kinda nervous I might lose.

 

they dyno pretty, but when it comes to the actual race it really doesnt have a good top end at all. I would give examples, but I dont want to start a flaming war.

Yeah but I don't think the Tune does much for a GTO. Not like it does on a SS/TC. I think it was just to turn the oxygen sensor codes off.

 

and this is why this thread is useless. Unless a tuned tc can get a trap of 120+ mph, which I know is impossible this race is over before it begins. Slow is just being a dick trying to start ****.
