So my cousin has a 1999 corvette, stock 6spd, i raced him off the line when i was on a stock tune with INJEN cai/charge pipe and catless dejon DP, off the line he took my by about 3 car lengths up till about 90 but then again FWD=FML, we also did a highway pull from 45-100 and he had me by about a car and a half, i just got an agressive trifecta tune holds 23psi peaks 25, so i asked for a rematch he said sure and he hopes i win this time lol, i think off a 40 roll till 120mph or so i will win, what do you guys think, oh and FYI not to brag but i got the driver mod down to the T, my best friend had me driving his car at the drag strip when i was 14 and getting better times then him so id like to think that i can drive, lol (idk why the officials didnt id me, but then again i had a full beard by the age of 13 lol)

Idk what came In the 99s I'm not Corvette savy lol. But his is the lowest grade of that year, no cd player, ect. And he is stock and I'm planning on racing from a 40 roll

 

hardtop didn't come with many options but it had the better handling package and stuff lol
40 roll and stock should beat it if you don't you're doing something wrong

 

If you were that close on a stock tune Im sure youll get him by 2+ cars from a roll. From a dig just try not to spin too much and I think youll take him. Just my opinion

 

Yeah I'm thinking I should win too , the tune really did wonders for my car I will try and get vids if possible, depending if I have a passenger but then again I want all the help I can get so I'm not sure bout the extra weight lol

i have some time slips laying around, if i find them i will post them, also you gotta realize im only 21, so the actual numbers didnt really matter to me then especially 60fts, et's, i just liked to race cars.

i am also suppose to race a 2007 bmw 331i with dual cai's down pipes, and fmic with jb4 tune, auto.......im more worried about that one then the corvette. lol what do you guys think against the beemer? i hate paper/benchmark racing, but im bored and figured why not start a thread about it!
