well yesterday i was out cruisin with a couple of my buddies out in indiana and happened to come across a Z06 with magnaflows. it was a younger guy compared to what i normally see driving vette's.. probably in his early 30's... so he rides my ass for about a mile and a half till the roed open up into two lanes and gets up next to me and laughs. so i slow down and so does he. i'm going probablt 35. he punches it, i do too, have about 5 lengths on him by the time i hit 4th...

I get a Z06 here and there, it's hard to find one to race though because most of them are older owners and they aren't out hotrodding around. The other's that want a race don't suspect it.

Its like when i took an 08 GT from a dig. Poor guy had it reving to probably like 5000rpms at the launch.. he just sat there spinning as i pulled away.

My dad had a 03 z06 and now has an 08 C6. Unless that guy was mentally retarded or was racing you in reverse....There is NO way you "smoked him". It sounds like you were racing yourself there bud.

 

dude you better have some serious work done...i raced a c5 z06 with mid-pipes and cat-back. me on nitrous(bottle pressure at 1150psi) he got me by 1/2-3/4 of a car from a 40 roll
