16" wheel weight
for slicks my friend has a set of rims off his 9-3 5x110

the wheels are 17.5 pounds each.

are these light/average/heavy for 16" rims?

That's a pretty decent weight. A lot of cheaper aftermarket wheels usually weigh more.
