I have an LS sport, 16inch wheel as you know...I was wondering if my acceleration would take a hit if I went up to 17's?

I mean it would probably be bigger and heavier so I am assuming youd lose something. Would it be noticable? I dunno .....

Yes it will, but not real noticeably. There are light weight wheels out there, round the 16 lb. and lower range. Get the ones that weigh 25lbs. and your screwed

My wheels are 4lbs heavier than stock. The car feels a bit more sluggish, but the ride quality seems a lot better. My car is lowered, so anything that improves ride quality is a bonus.
