whoa, such hostility...and such hate over someone wantin to put 20s on their car. why cant everyone keep their negative opinions to themselves? seriously. everyone has different taste in cars. if you dont like it, dont comment on it, press the back button and move on to the next thread. id be down to see cobaltss and maxim run. that seems like it would be a interestin race

I'll second, third, fifth that, whatever this thread is up to now.
You own a sport compact. Which means it's not that large of a car in the first place. Second, the proportions of a sport compact are NOT conducive to 20" wheels.
Put your car on stilts and you'll look like a ghetto tool.
Largest I"ve seen that looked good on a cobalt were 19's, and that was pushing it.
Get 18's with a low-pro aspect ratio like a 225/35 and lower it. That would look ten times better. Check out my gallery, I had 18's on 225/35's and it wasn't lowered -- still didn't look bad.

I actually don't own a cobalt anymore, sold it last summer. I think they discontinued those tires because I can't find them or that figure in that size tire anywhere online.
EDIT!!!: I found a high res photo of my car and was able to zoom in on the tire. The exact tire description was a 225/40ZR18 92Y
