Ish... I was rollin on some 245/45/17's when I took my gallery photos. That will be quite similar, I have 225/45/17 in the front with 245/45/17 in the back now and I am lowered 2F/2.5R now.

No rubbing until I lowered it. A couple months later no rubbing Made holes in the inner fenderwell.
Mine mainly rubbed because of the width and offset. I went with a 7.5" wide rim with a +38 offset, the 245's are 9.65" wide. When I lowered it I had to roll the rear fenders slightly because they were cutting the tire but otherwise I have had no problems.

Depends on the rim, what style/size are you going with? Anything bigger than a 225 is really made for a 7.5 wide rim or bigger.
