Base G5 lowered on H&R race springs, would a 15x8 with +25 offset, 195/60r15 tires work? Looking at buying some wheels, but the ones I like are only available in +25. Willing to roll fenders if that will work...Thanks in advance!

Running your specs on an offset calculator, the stretch on the tires should keep the tires from hitting the fenders. I'm running a 9 inch wheel on 245 wide tires and I don't rub at all on Stance coils which has an identical amount of wheel poke.
