Enkei G5's

I go on TireRack and other wheel sites on a daily basis because I've decided to keep my car after all now that it's paid off and I'll be getting some wheels this spring. I've never seen these on TireRack before...they only weigh a little over 22 pounds which is slightly lighter than their EKM3's or Falcon wheels...and they look pretty cool to boot I am leaning towards the PF01's but these are definitely in the running.

Where have you found those for that price? And I didn't even know they made those in our bolt pattern

 

I contacted them, said i was intrested and they said they can drill them to our bolt pattern, and he quoted me that price. said it would be about 4 weeks to make and ship

 

I like the look of them.

 

How much for a set of 4? Would they clear the brembos?

 

quoted me 1200 for 18s, and said yes they will clear brembos, said the have already made some for other SS owners

No problem you can do 18's if that is what you want, I was just giving you my personal view. You wont have rubbing or brake clearance issues with 19's or 18's everything depends on the width and offsets. We have done a few Cobalts and have found that 18x8.5 + 38 fits very well. Who did you contact? Those things are definitely unique and are about the same price as the PF01's

Oh I see. Very nice! Thanks for the info! I may end up going with those since I've never really seen them on a 'balt before It's difficult to be original when it comes to wheels when there's only like 30 options...and 25 are ugly as sin.

Dammit! Everyone is jumping on the Forgestar bandwagon! Oh well. I still want gold F14's.

 

If you could get them all black, or all silver id love a pair. Otherwise two tone anything looks rice to me. Same goes for body panels, stickers.. carbon fiber anything...

These rims are my top pick as well.

I agree...I just have to convince myself that the extra $500+ is worth it...

 

not a band wagon man, just a company with nice wheels and is willing to make a set for us with out being crazy expensive.

 

And how many people are actually running Forgestars? Do you have them? Are you part of the bandwagon?

 

I think there's only one guy on here that had the ***** to cough up the 1,300+ dollars...and he has the F05's not the F14's. I'll be next on the list if I decide that wheels are of greater importance than a turbo
