ASA Wheels?

I'm looking at getting a set of rims for daily driving.
I've been shopping around for some time now and am thinking about buying these rims.

ASA AR2

Whats everyones opinions on ASA wheels? I've heard to stay away from Exel wheels. But I've heard good feeback on ASA.

Also, I'm thinking about getting 17" x 7.5" rims. I want to get a set of Drag Radials for the front rims. If i bought a 17" x 7.5" rim, whats the largest size DR/Tire i could run on them without rubbing issues?

i had a similar thread about these wheels https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/wheels-tires-96/17x8-rims-25425/ as u can tell no confirmation on tire size but id imagine you would be alright with a 235/45/17 i wouldnt go much wider on a 7.5 inch rim though

im going to try 245/40/17 on the 8 inch rim and hope i dont have any rubbing issues

BBS and ASA formed some sort of partnership in which ASA can use some of BBS's technology. I am not sure of the specifics, but it was something that made me feel more comfortable with going with ASA. (JH8)

i too have the asa jh8's and i love them. they appear to be very high quality and i have had 0 issues with them. they also look amazing. i got the black ones and there are no imperfections in them whatsoever. i also have a set of asa rims that i use for snow tires, and i got hit in the rear quarter panel by a jeep when i had them on. he hit the wheel too. scraped it a little but it did not bend or break whatsoever, i was very surprised at how well they held up.
