ive been debating on getting all season tires but instead i decided that getting some good winter tires will be cheaper for right now, then get something in the summer. I just want to know what are some good winter tires out there...thanks guys

was wondering the same thing but i think i'm just going to go with the goodyear ultra grip performance. . . seems to fit my budget nicely and the reviews seem to be pretty good.

 

i have a question as well adding to this...if i put winter tires on my car will it help or hurt my normal road traction?? like if i floored it in first type of thing

Bridgestone blizzaks always get rated up top, but, they're pricey. I run Michelin Winterforce MUCH cheaper and perform EXCELLENT.

Winter tires do not hook up anywhere nearly as well as all seasons or performance. You will break them loose WOT in first or second. Plus, they're much softer so they burn up very easily. Good news is there is no wheel hop with them, they just spin.
