Black Gloss or Graphite?

I really can't decide.. I have a sunburst cobalt.
Which would look better?

I know how that goes.
Plus Im in college and work at kroger, so its a one project at a time deal.
But I have a friend who's talking to a guy he knows about painting under the grill black.
I think it looks cool, and it'd look good with the black bar on my grill.
So many ideas.. ha.
