His rear is not sunken at all and he is only running a 5mm spacer in the front. I don't think you understand that the car is not dialed in yet. This is just the beginning

what width would be best?? i would want to use the tires i have now which are a 195/55/15

The recommended rim width range for a tire that size is 5.5 - 7 inches so I'd go with a 7 inch rim if you want to stay within specs. Otherwise run a 7.5 or maybe an 8 if you want some stretch. Just my opinion though.

this is a much better site just plug in your wheel specs and it will show you a picture
and the stretch depends on the tire its self some stretch more than others

Ya I was gonna say tyrestretch.com or rimtuck.com for images of different fitments. And like JacBlack said, different tires give different stretch so you really just have to do a lot of searching online and look at different pictures that people have posted up.
