CSS Fitment Thread VOL. Stance or GTFO
I have a locking ring out on both of the rears of my coils. I wonder has anyone ever taken locking rings out of the passenger side and left one in on the drivers side to get rid of the lean?
Mine looks like a champ, only scratches are underneath and its still not that bad. The air dam normally makes most of the noise along with the subframe and exhaust.
I'll post pics up of my "drop" along with how bad my lip looks.
I don't even wanna know how my subframe looks. :x
Are there not any inclined driveways in NC? Or are most of the roads pretty smoothed out with that blacktop stuff?
Michigan is still mostly on just cement. with bumps, cracks, dips, etc. everywhere.
Example, I was just in Orlando like a month ago. I was staying in Kissimmee around the 192.
As flat as can be, black top, with no inclines anywhere. That's a hell of a lot better than here.
I'd recommend for you to get coils and try it out.
How the inclines are here to driveways, like to my house, and how the SS lip sticks out, I scrape getting into my garage everyday.
Some places are a lot better than others.

If I can drive my buddies bagged volks in Montreal, you guys can drive a ''slammed'' cobalt
Our cars are a lot higher than all these slammed imports even when we're completely dropped. Florida is lucky for not having winters but like I said: it can be done!
My buddies and I were just in Florida too, and were literally blown away at how flat the roads were. If the roads here were like I would have no issues driving slammed, but being the way they are here Im just too much of a chicken **** and I wouldn't be able to get off the main roads without wrecking ****.

I feel the same way. My coils aren't fully lowered for that exact reason.
