how does the wheel align with the fenders? flush, a tadbit poke, sunk in a bit, etc

Rims sit flush with fender but in the rear with these tires there is a tad little bit of poke.

I did love the 17's but the car makes too much power to be this low. Now I get to raise it up, the exhaust won't rattle anymore, less axle bind and I'll be s baller with SBC rpf1's

They are 18x9 +35. I need 15mm spacers to clear the brembos so I'm rocking two rpf1's and two work emotions
