You need to find a WORK dealer willing to drill them for you. I found one near me, I think North Carolina, but they shot back with a 6 month waiting period at me to have them drilled and shipped. I told them, "No thanks." I wanted the WORK Emotion XT-7s.

Ouch 1 year hurts. Guess I'll have to do some research. I've got a friend that I think can help me.

Actually they drill them out of Japan and ship them here. They take that long because the Emotion series are 1 piece wheels, so everything needs to be made from scratch. If you were to order say a Meister multipiece wheel, the barrels are already premade, so all they need to do is create the insert which is a shorter waiting time. But yes I waited 1 year for my CR Kais... so it's not such a big deal

So I assume you have to pay in advance for them, damn that hurts. Summer 2013 here I come! haha and people complain about paying in advance and waiting 6 months for the tjin trunk.

to be honest. don't custom order the rims. find a dealer that stocks 5x114.3 and redrill your hubs to 5x114.3. it's going to be easier to sell the wheels later on too

I dropped half the amount as a deposit, then dropped the rest upon arrival. The real story why i waited a year was because I had ordered one size, and gone back 3 days later to change the order, they said it was gonna be ok but I had a feeling it wouldn't be. 6 months later it came the wrong size, so they rush corrected the problem, but that was still 6 months wait for the new set LOL

This!

Also once you're 5x114.3 wheels are much cheaper since you can go used and alot of the high end wheels float around the market all the time with that pattern since there's so many wheel ****** in the game

That's a great idea. I hadn't thought of that. I always forget you can do that. Certainly gonna have to remember that.

Hmm was looking at some of the prices of the 11r-ft wheels online in 5x114, not bad pricing at all, in 8.5" wide with +35 (or 38 or whatever offset they come in around that) they shouldn't have a problem clearing the Brembos right?

concave wheels will generally need a lower offset to clear the brembos
