chris 114.3 is THE most popular bolt circle bar none. Think the prime Japanese cars, think Mustang, think 41/2 bolt circle if 114.3 seems foreign to you.
then go to 1010tires dot com and check out the offset calculator.
1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator
Put in your stock wheel size and play from there.
This is a 9.5 35 on 18.

, well the tire kisses the strut on the front, (Ion and Cobalt) and the rear tire rubs the fender roll when dropped.(Cobalt) On this car( the tupperware) it has no fender roll so at the rear, it chews up the inner fender liner.
your best advice is forget the 9.5 , go 9.0 /35 and you will clear and be able to drop okay. 6mm more inside clearance to the strut, and 6mm more outside clearance to the fender.

Ok thanks John made my decision up, order the 18 9.5s +35 run a 5 mm spacer up front
And I know the 114.3 is the most common, but all I can get these rims in 114 is +30 but want to run +35 in the rear
