After looking at those threads I think it's possible to get just as low as I am now. I have all locking rings out in the rear sitting on just the perch and in the front I have 1 locking ring in turned up about an 1/8" so that I'm not sitting on my axle boot. I can't go any lower with the Stances without custom springs. But even then I'm still stupid low for PA roads and I make it work. I don' mind feeling every bump so stiffness is good I'm just tired of girls getting in my car and afterwards saying, "That's such a bouncy ride. My ***** hurt." Those BC's look perfect since I'm on 17" wheels too with 225/40/18 tires.

As of now with my old set up from my front lip to the ground was half my Galaxy S4. I liked that and would like to be around te same low. The BC's don't seem to be as low in the rear. I can't even get my pinky between my tire and rear fender with Stance's lol.

i like low ride but im willing to sacrifice some for a better built shock and knowing they work. our solstice set track records on a set of br series bcs, tires and a good alignment. no bushing upgrades, no sway bar upgrades or anything of the sort. they held up for 3 years and are on a different car now and still going.

That's awesome to hear! I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the Extreme Low BC's from Flushstance for $995. Now I'm not sure what rate I should get. Should I go 7 or 8?

7K 7k for your comfort... but im assuming the extreme low is a short stroke version of the br so iI would do 8k 8k if it was me because I dont care about ride quality. I want the thing to take turns. if iI had it my way they would be stiffer too and have remote cannisters

as an off the shelf product they do not for the cobalt..... unless they started in the past few months........ the br and ram series is all they offer for the cobalts. the er series with piggy back(not remote) cannisters are not a optionfor us according to their application list. probablly can be custom ordered

All I have now is Stances but apparently they're the bounciest. As long as it settles down I'm satisfied. Not sure of dampening or anything since I got them off of a guy and never touched them.

I've got big plans for my car's stance. Getting Stance coils installed was just the first step.

Right now I'm getting my 19's panted... so I'm rolling on stockers for the moment.
