Really depends on the coilovers. Not really sure what you are asking... If they are spun all the way to the bottom - they're maxed out lol. You can take the locking rings out in the fronts and rears... and you'll probably get another 1/2-1" additional on the front and rears. They are on the bottom on the strut and on the rears just about the spring (in the spring seats.)

I'm on stance... there's about a inch gap between fender and tire... I like the way yours is sitting cobaltss 16... if I could get another half inch I'd be happy

Take out the locking rings.

I was on custom stance coils.

This is what I looked like on stock LSJ wheels. Coils maxed with all locking rings removed. Sat nice.

i had first gen stance coils and i couldnt even max the front due to me wanting to keep my wheel wells. the rears were almost tucking with the lower seat pulled (i made custom adapters to hold the springs in place).

will higher spring rates allow you to lower it more??? you think the higher rate would be harder to compress.. therefore higher suspension

You're forgetting to factor in a shorter spring height. Lowering springs generally are shorter in height and in order to keep the car off the bump stops are also stiffer.

Have any instructions that came with those? They might mention something like what bolts to tighten.

Yeah instructions only cover the fronts... lowering and raising very brief lol don't touch the back or preload or camber or anything

hey all.... donno if your interested in a update at all but I got the car pretty much where I want it height wise.. only issue is the rear... (took apart again last night) but still same result... pass side rear is a slight bit higher then the drivers side.... is this normal??? I think I've read on other threads that the pass side does sit higher on these cars

You can't use identical settings on each side and expect them to all sit level.

Applies to all coilovers on all cars.

If the shock is bottomed out, you're gonna have a bad time. Did you chop the rear springs? What brand are these coilovers?

I'm on stance coilovers, I never cut the springs but I did remove both lock rings in the rear to get lower and one each in the fronts
