damn, didn't even think about the coilovers. Spacers would help in that situation right?

spacer would work great. just make sure its hub and wheel centric. helps a lot.

an 18x8 +45 will net you a 6.3" backspacing. so the wheel will sit .6" further in than a stock sc wheel. i don't know what the offset of the tc is, still 42? i know its a 7.5" wide

okay. so that would only bring the wheel in .4" instead of .6"

Powells PF01's are the same specs, and hes running FE5 and pedders on an ION. He said he didnt rub in the thread he posted... Coils should give even more room. Unless the ION and Cobalt are that drastically different. It will be close though, but it should work. I would still get 5mm spacers to be safe.

Okay I got 2 questions for you guys.

1, I did the Evo mod, keep or take off?

2, what wheels are these? Do they come in our bolt pattern?

question for you guys. at what offset would the tc wheels sit flush or close to flush? i think i read that +35 is flush so i was thinking about doing 5mm spacers in the front and 8mm in the back with extended studs. am i in the right track or no? im not going for anything crazy i just want to get away from the train effect. any help is appreciated thanks guys

my wheels are 18x8 with 30mm offset and the rears sit pretty flush, so id say u would need an offset of like +27 for the tc wheels to sit flush cause they are 7.5" wide.

heres my car's quest for aggressive stance.

so far:
Stance GR+ Coilovers 2nd yr rocking them
Enkei PF01 17x7.5 4x100 +38 offset

gotta get the car lower, wider rims, bigger offset, proper tires, and skid plate, already smashed one oil pan.

also gotta adjust the camber so the tires are straight up and down, i go a 3-5degrees camber in the front from my Enkei ZR-2 18x8.5 +42 offset wheels so they wouldnt hit

Really? You have to get them custom drilled?

I was looking at their website they don't come in 5x110... So I'd have to get them custom drilled right?
