they arnt perfect one has some pretty bad scratches on 2 of the spokes, easliy fixable i think im going to paint them bronze, maybe ill be the first one with bronze pf01s haha

Loads of wheels are 9 wide. Just no one bothers making them for a cobalt

nope. two 12mm spacers, hub centric to the stock hubs. and wheel centric with a 72.62mm bore
