I have a question if I were to get coilovers, what kind of offset would I need to make the wheels sit flush? And I have been looking on the a few sites and it is hard to find low offset wheels. Anyone know of good sites to find them?

Look at the new XXR wheels. For 4x100 those are your best bet if you want 17". Idk how 16's would look but you can find a **** ton of low offset wheels in 16in, it might not look bad if your really low but you will need to be low to fill in all the gap that the 16's make
