Been a while...big Congrats to Dom on the award! The balt on CCWs looks amazing, can't wait to see it after the springs settle a bit. Looks like there's a few others steering the pot of stance for a taste...love the "friendly" css.net competition as usual lol
Got some toys in:
Received my air management set-up...8-valve set-up on a manifold so it'll handle as awesome as it will be able to look, reducers on valves, 3/8" set-up, 5-gallon aluminum tank, DC-7600 compressor, rear bags/brackets, easy strut front struts.
The struts are at airlift company getting resleeved(bought used) and seeing what they can do to get rid of that ungodly Ion front mount that is just killing the amount of drop. Biggest issue was handling and they put it to me like this; "If we can build a suspension for heavy trucks & drift camaros that are track worthy, we'll be able to dial in a tight suspension for the Ion no problem at the right pressures"

This is how low they got a local Ion Redline owners:

This is my neighbors vw project on air 11" wide all the way around, all metal widebody done by him(dammit, wish I didn't have these plastic fenders!):

It's looking promising with the right help & tools
I'd like to at least be able to sit the fenders on the tires for "hard parking" situations. Sitting the fenders to the rims would be epic(I'm sure I could w/18's) but its all a project in motion, no huge hurry.
Static life was just too rough for me, I'm tapping out fellas!! Cracked bumpers, binding axles, TRASHING axles, turtle driving through the cities, broken coil-overs etc etc I need a little comfort, and it'll be a little more functional for the "spirited driving" days; total added weight, right at 45 lbs.
MISSION: drag h/e flap airred out lol
