i have black painted ss/sc rims. i went through jbox's drivethrough and pulled around too closely to the curb. i scraped the paint off of the outer part of the rim. i bought them already painted so i have no idea what kind of paint was originally used. do i have to sand it all down? or can i just buy some black gloss spray paint and go over it?

 

What I did worked really well. I used a dremel with a light sanding head. Once I got the rash out I got a buffing head too it. Then paint it. Cant even tell it ever happened.
